Marritz Hotel offers several room types. The Executive Suite is a 2-bedroom suite that can accommodate up to five people, with a king bed in the first room and three single beds in the second. Room rates include breakfast, a 3-course dinner, access to the Kid's Club, and oversnow transport during designated times. The Tower Suite features 360-degree views and includes two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed, plus a lounge and dining area. The Deluxe Room features an enclosed balcony overlooking the village and Front Valley ski area and can accommodate two to four people. Junior Suites, located on the ground level, are interconnecting and include separate lounge areas; one suite has a queen bed, and the other has a king bed and two single beds. Standard amenities in all rooms include TV, tea/coffee facilities, and central heating. Salzburg Apartments, located 300 meters from the Village 8 Chairlift and Front Valley Ski area, offer 2, 3, and 4-bedroom self-contained apartments. These apartments feature a full kitchen, fireplace, dining room, laundry, and a private jacuzzi/spa bath, sauna, and boot room. Guests in Salzburg Apartments also have access to Marritz Hotel facilities.

The Marritz Restaurant offers cuisine, exceptional service, and views of Perisher Valley. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features a kid's menu. The bar has comfortable seating around a fireplace and overlooks the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy après-ski drinks and dinner. When staying at Marritz Hotel, guests can use the Igloo Kids Club while visiting the bar and restaurant from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Marritz Hotel includes a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. Guests can play billiards. Perisher offers activities such as First Tracks, tube town, tobogganing, night skiing, groomer tours, snow-shoeing, telemark skiing, and cross-country skiing. Ski and snowboard lessons are available for adults, teenagers, and children, and there is a childcare program for children aged 6 months to three years.

Marritz Hotel is in Perisher Valley, 600 km northeast of Melbourne, 500 km southwest of Sydney, 210 km south of Canberra, 95 km from Cooma, and 33 km from Jindabyne. The hotel is opposite the Skitube. Snowy Mountains Airport (Cooma) is just over an hour away, and Canberra Airport is approximately 2.5 hours away. The Skitube transports passengers from Bullocks Flat Terminal to the Perisher Resort. Bullocks Flat offers free parking, and snow chains are not required. Oversnow transport is available to and from the Perisher Ski Terminal, and transfers from Canberra and Cooma Airport are also available.

Marritz Hotel provides complimentary oversnow transfers on arrival and departure between 7 AM and 10 PM and daily complimentary oversnow transfers to and from the Walking Bridge between 8:15 AM-9:15 AM and 4:15 PM-5:15 PM. Guests at Salzburg Apartments have access to Marritz Hotel's facilities. Babysitting is available upon request.
